Music and Social Justice

Created by students in Shannon Jacob’s spring 2024 Music and Social Justice (AADS 2204) course, the assignment required students to immerse themselves in a chosen artist’s work, examine major developments in the conflict or social movement that occurred alongside the artist’s music, and present their research in Knightlab’s Storymaps.
