Digital Humanities Capstone Students Share About Their Projects

This summer, some of our terrific Graduate Certificate in Digital Humanities students sat down to talk with us about their projects–what they did, how they did it, and what they got from the experience. The intention of these videos is to help students understand what is possible and inspire them to take on their own DH projects. (You can view all of the students’ projects on the certificate website.)

Munirmahedi Paviwala discusses his project, East India Company Trade Data.

Natalie Hill discusses her project, The Jerusalem Temple in the First Century C.E.

Yuchen Xiong discusses her capstone project, the first version of the Catholic Almanac Database. Yuchen has continued working as a graduate research assistant developer for the ongoing Catholic Almanacs Project, and the current database she designed can be found here.

Victoria Oliviero discusses her project, Khedival American Soldiers.
